The Meaning of Life
The meaning of life cannot be revealed to us. As long as life's purpose remains obscured there exists the possibility to define it in terms of what has already been done. As long as each individual is free to view his or her life in terms of what has been done, the possibility of forgiveness for what might have been done is alive. As long as the possibility of forgiveness is present, peace of mind remains attainable. Peace of mind is more important to us than knowing the meaning of life.
