Children Can Fly Too

I once read that by analyzing the aerodynamics of hummingbird flight and applying proper mathematical formulae it is possible to prove that hummingbirds cannot fly and yet remain stationary (hover) while airborne. Fortunately, hummingbirds have not read these studies, and no one has been so mean-spirited as to tell them, hence they do this all the time. I only wish that we were as considerate about placing limitations on our children as we are about not informing the hummingbirds of theirs.
